OLLA HIKI SAUNA
OLLA HIKI SAUNA
The beautifully hand crafted log burning sauna will be located in our tipi field throughout the Summer season.
Hosted by the wonderful Sarah & Esme & bookable Thursday’s to Sunday’s from 4-7pm pm (times may vary). The Sauna is bookable directly via the Olla Hiki website.
Prices are £12pp for 1 hour or private booking of the whole Sauna for £60 for up to 6 people or just ask us at reception.
Non-residents of the tipi field are also welcome.
YOGA
We are hosting a series of yoga classes by some of the best local teachers around. Non-residents of the tipi field are also welcome.
Practice with Billy from Mawgan Pause or Anna from Vibrant Bodies over the season in the tipi field - either outdoors or inside our lotus belle tent. Book via their websites. Times & days may vary.
Current weekly sessions include:
Restorative Yoga with Sound with Billy - 7pm - Tuesdays
Yoga with Anna - 9am - Thursday & Fridays

SURFING
It’s Cornwall. It comes hand in hand. Maybe you are just getting started or perhaps you’re a seasoned pro - either way, we have great access to some amazing surf beaches and schools (that’s if the surf plays ball!).
Our number one surf school of choice is Kingsurf Surf School. Located in Mawgabn Porth, they teach all levels of ability, from complete beginners to advanced surf coaching.

COASTEERING

STAR GAZING IN A DARK SKY SITE
Fancy looking out for shooting stars or losing yourself in the Milky Way? Our tipis sit under a Dark Sky Discovery Site which means the lack of light pollution allows for some of the best star gazing in the whole of the UK.
We have a new lotus tent this year with a clear roof so you can max out on the gazing at night in a cosy space.
If you happen to own a telescope or even a good pair of binoculars, remember to pack them.
SOUTH WEST COAST PATH
The South West Coast Path runs along the bottom of the Seaview Tipis campsite, giving you direct access to this famous walking route. Check out the link below for routes you can explore.
BEACHES
We think Cornish beaches are the best in the world, luckily there’s a few of them just minutes away from the campsite.
Mawgan Porth beach is a 30 minute walk or 5 minute drive south. Lifeguards patrol daily.
Porthcothan beach is a 45 minute walk or 10 minute drive north. Lifeguards patrol daily.
Other lifeguarded beaches within a 5-20 minute drive away include Watergate Bay, Fistral, Constantine, Crantock & Harlyn.
